AMH Wellness Center
The AMH Wellness Center is a community-based program that encourages individuals to live a healthier lifestyle. It offers a variety of equipment and guidance from the wellness staff to assist members in reaching their individual wellness goals. The AMH Wellness Center views fitness as an important tool to prevent diseases and create a healthier, happier community.
Maintenance programs to help increase independence
Custom exercise programs to meet individual needs and goals
Equipment orientation provided by wellness staff
BMI testing and advice on how to improve it
Body fat percentage testing and advice on how to improve it
Pool wellness offered to those who have been previous pool physical therapy patients
Transition programs from physical therapy to wellness
