The AMH Wellness Center is a community based program that encourages individuals to live a healthier lifestyle. It offers a variety of equipment, and guidance from the wellness staff to assist members in reaching their goals . The AMH Wellness Center views fitness as an important tool to prevent diseases and create a healthy community.
