Registered Radiologic Technologist - Full Time

Registered Radiologic Technologist – Full Time

Hours of Work: 3-4 days/week, 10-hour shifts with a rotating On-Call Schedule

Reports To: Radiology Supervisor

Position Summary:
Performs a variety of imaging procedures on patients of all ages and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Responsible for imaging needs of patients in various settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, Emergency Room, Surgery, etc. Rotating on-call schedule with other technologists for coverage of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education and Experience:
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current State of Nebraska Radiography license
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Basic computer, PACS, and Digital Radiography knowledge, as well as the ability to operate department equipment, including digital x-ray (stationary and portable), c-arm, CT, mammography, and DEXA, or willingness to cross-train if applicable
• CT experience or willingness to cross-train
• Ultrasound experience a plus, but not required
