Patient Medications
An effort by many hospital employees is underway to educate our patients on the importance of bringing their medications with them when the come to the hospital or if they have an appointment at one of the five AMH Family Practice clinics.
Patient safety is always a focus at AMH. Having patients bring their medications woth them will aid in making sure records are up-to-date and in making sure the patient is taking the right medication at the right dose and at the right time.
Patients are encouraged to bring their medications in the original bottles. Also, please bring in all multi-vitamins, herbs, etc. you take regularly.
